Jai Jui Paper Recycling Unit

As an initiative towards employment generation and towards conservation of nature, namely the forests, Jai Jui decided to setup a waste paper recycling unit, commonly known as Hand made paper unit. This initiative will create employment for over 40 women and youth. Apart from the employment for women and youth, Jai-Jui strongly believes in conservation of Nature. Today’s corporate world uses a huge quantity of paper for their day to day operations and the same is scribbled and put to trash at the day end. With the Paper unit in mind, Jai-Jui’s idea is to make proper utilization of these huge quantities of paper which is being wasted, by setting up a waste paper recycling unit which can recycling used paper to produce fresh paper and the same can be utilized by whole world instead of using paper manufactured by laying off thousands of trees.

The Paper unit uses waste paper as raw material which is pulped along with waste cotton and jute instead of Trees which are cut down and used for manufacturing of normal new paper. The pulped material is layered into sheets which are further pressed, rolled and dried to form paper sheets. This hand made paper is used for the manufacture of paper products like Notepads, scribble pads, diaries, visiting cards, greeting cards, paper bags and many more.
